Friendly staff. Good gym and pool.

Wasn't close to much. Massive hill to walk up. Aircon was noisy. Bathroom was small.

The room was bigger than I was expecting. A good kitchen area with a hob, fridge, and a proper freezer, kitchen table with comfortable stools. The lounge and bedroom were comfortable with plenty of storage. Very nicely done. Great location. A nice walk or short drive to the beach. Tops supermarket 150 metres away on the main road. The staff were very friendly with a great sense of humour, thank you, ka.

The unexpected early morning call from the local mosque 150m away. Fine if you're a morning person :-) WiFi was not good but I was warned when I checked in.

Clean and comfortable room, pool was bigger than appears on the photos and the gym was better equipped than at other condos in the area. Good value for money.

Apartment is very small. WiFi almost not working. No good chairs if you need to work and feel comfortable.

good location for airport. staff were amazing. we accidentally left our lights on the car and had a fist battery at 5.30am and they were so quick to have it sorted for us.

Very bad service, location and staff. There were no water glass in my room. I requested for a glass. I got used and not cleaned water glass after 30 minutes. The staff provided misleading information about laundry service, so I forced to keep awake to complete pre set washing and drying machines until 4am .I have cancelled my next day stay in that hell. But the staff refused to refund.

Handy location for my purposes, easy to get to/from the airport and my two children's schools' on Phuket who I was visiting with.

The wifi in my room was pathetic and kept dropping calls on WhatsApp

This is a great place for long term stay, if that's what you need. The rooms are not huge, but they have everything you need to put together a meal and to relax. It's up a short hill in a very quiet part of town but close to street food and transportation. If you're looking for something meaningful in Phuket, volunteer with former street animals at Soi Dog Foundation. They pick up volunteers in a shuttle each morning from right near Happy Place.

the furniture was falling apart. the bed was very hard and the wifi keeps going off and on. our trip was refunded due to the inadequate functions of their facilities however the manager did not make it easy. after booking confirmed the refund they still insisted I had to speak to booking before processing it. I wasted $10 in auto roam calls and their horrible internet kept cutting my connection with the officers. management were so rude to not provide the actual refund of the 2 nights. when asked about the broken facilities, management blamed COVID and said we should be understanding to the situation.

Its good but not the best experience. I loved the AC. Very clean. Near masjid which was very good in terms of Halal food and you can hear Azan

The space was too small and tight. The receptionists can not understand English which made it difficult to communicate. No phone to call reception or room service. It is located on a hill which might be a problem for elderly, kids or special needs

Having reception available for 24-hour is very helpful. Parking lots are plenty enough. Overall access control and security are very good, as typical condominium. Price is reasonable. Location is good, just a few minutes driving to the airport. The room in overall is fit with 2-3 persons, not more, otherwise it will be too small

Not really actually. However the WiFi connection was slow, not comparable with mobile internet. Usually familiar with the faster one then we can enjoy it rather than using our own mobile usage. By the way, this is not big deal...

This location is fine for a first/ last night stay before flying. The airport is 5 mins in taxi and hotel organised for 200 Baht. It’s easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff were efficient. Hotel was of usual Thai cleanliness and functional. Has a pool and gym room and towels provided.

The bed was small and fairly uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn’t overly effective but for the money it was as expected.

The building was quiet and kept to a good standard of cleanliness. The cleaning ladies were always smiling and happy to keep your fridge filled with water. The security man was also very nice and I was greeted every morning and evening with a big smile. The air con in the room was modern and kept me lovely and cool and the water pressure was good. It had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a nice little balcony. The swimming pool and gym were definitely an added bonus and all guests could use it for free. The walk to the Mini Mart is about an 8 minute walk then a further 10 minutes from there to the beach so a good location. The airport is a 5 minute drive from the beach but dont pay more than 150 baht. Luckily enough I got a free lift for being a good customer at one of the local beach restaurants which was great. With a few tweaks I think Happy Place could be a brilliant.

It's a shame to have to give a low score because the condo was nice enough. Unfortunately though there was no WiFi for the first two days which was extremely inconvenient when I had to send emails for work. I finally spoke to the manager who was very nice, very understanding and very efficient. He got someone to sort it the following morning and I had no further problems regarding that matter. The television however kept pausing and every morning for some reason didn't come on at all. I had to keep messaging the reception to send someone up to get it working. It was always sorted within the hour but once again extremely inconvenient. There was the bare minimum of kitchen utensils which was disappointing when I was staying for 5 days. One small saucepan and one frying pan and no scissors or toaster. If it was kitted out sufficiently and everything worked this would be a great little place to stay. The other thing I have to mention is the young woman on the reception desk. Each time I had to go down to ask about something she seemed very uninterested and far more concerned about sending messages on her phone. When I checked out she didn't even put her friend on hold she just took the key cards from me and carried on talking which I thought was quite rude. Professionalism goes a long way so maybe its something the manager can teach them as he was fantastic with me.

The apartment was great and the pool and gym equally so. I recommend the Sea Almond for breakfast and dinner as well as the best coffee in Thailand

It was about a 20 min walk from the beach but once I had hired a bike that was no problem

We had an early flight at 4am in the morning and wanted to allow the kids to get some sleep before heading to the airport which is about 15 minutes away. Room is overall clean but is very bare. Not even tooth brushes were available. They do have towels though. There's a small mini mart downstairs.

The apartment lists that it accommodate 4 people but the layout is like this: 1 twin size bed that sleeps 2, a single bed for 1, and a sofa. In simple words, 1 out of 4 needs to sleep on the sofa which isn't necessarily the most comfortable. Next time, I'll just pay a little more and book 2 double rooms instead. In addition (not the fault of the hotel however), the taxi van via Grab from the apartment to the airport is 500 Thai baht (for only about 3km away but a little far to walk). But when we took a taxi van from our previous hotel to the apartment was only 700 Thai baht (and was 30 km total drive). In terms of food, there aren't many restaurants in the area. We ate a small noodle shop (so small that they don't even have a menu) where the owners didn't understand English so we resorted to the good old "talking with the hands" technique.

Very clean and secure we only stayed one night as we were travelling very early next morning and the airport was 7 minutes away

Although we booked 2 rooms for 9 people, they tried to put us all into one room which could only sleep 3 people. Eventually one of the cleaning ladies pulled out a futon and they gave us a second room.

The bathroom is a nightmare. When you go to the toilet, you have to go into the shower to open or close the door

The room was small and cramped, but the hallway outside was huge and spacious, so not sure the architects really thought through the design in any meaningful way. Wi-Fi was very slow in the bedrooms, but OK in kitchen. Bathroom tiny, though didn't need to be because of the above.

The room was clean and spacious. Very quiet location. Felt safe with security present. A/C worked perfectly. Nice kitchenette to prepare food. Very comfortable bed

Only 1 English channel - the bible channel. No pots or pans in kitchenette to cook with.
